Role: Commercial Finance Manager | Paid Media Marketing
Location: London / Hybrid
Salary: Up to £85k + excellent benefits
Experience: At least 2 years in a finance related role within paid media or iGaming with experience performing CAC, LTV and unit economics calculations & analysis.
We’re working with a leading digital sports media company that’s reshaping the sports betting landscape by providing insightful content, betting tips, and transparent bookmaker information. They are on a mission to make betting more engaging and fair for users. As they expand their reach into the growing esports sector, they’re looking for a Commercial Finance Manager to help drive their company forward even further.
In this role, you’ll use your skills in analysis and business intelligence to help the company make informed decisions that drive growth and success. You’ll be involved in everything from financial planning to performance monitoring, ensuring the business moves in the right direction with the right data.
What you’ll do:
- Support Growth: Use your insights to help the company explore new opportunities, find new markets and advise on investments and pricing decisions.
- Financial Planning: Work closely with leadership to create budgets, forecast future performance, and ensure the company is on track.
- Team Collaboration: You’ll be a key link between teams, sharing insights and working together to achieve goals.
- Monitor Performance: Design reports and track key trends, providing the insights needed to guide decisions and make improvements.
What you’ll bring:
- At least 2 years of experience in a finance role, ideally working closely with different teams.
- Industry experience in iGaming and/or Paid Media Marketing, and comfort with performing CAC, LTV, and unit economics analysis.
- Strong skills in data analytics platforms like Tableau or Looker, and experience with BI tools.
- A talent for communicating complex financial information in a way that’s clear and accessible.
